Systemic coaching is a client-centered, task-oriented, resource- and solution-focused approach that originated from systemic family therapy and was initially developed for professional contexts. Today, it has found its way back into the personal lives and issues of individuals. It aims to expand competencies and action possibilities and to promote personal development and change, especially where a burdensome (life) issue needs to be addressed, but there is no (or not yet) indication for therapy.
As a systemic coach in training, I can assist you in finding paths that you would like to pursue with enthusiasm and determination to overcome your problems, old patterns, conflicts, or blockages.

Hello, I'm Marianne
— a 31-year-old French native who has found her home in Berlin in 2018. My academic journey in Business Administration at the School Audencia in Nantes led me to diverse internships and exchanges across various countries, enriching my global perspective. Upon completing my master's degree, I moved directly to Berlin, where I spent several years immersed in event, association, and cultural management.
Over time, I recognized that my true passion lies in working closely with individuals, assisting them in shifting perspectives and discovering their own solutions to life's challenges. This realization propelled me to transition into coaching, where I am dedicated to empowering clients to navigate their personal and professional journeys with clarity and confidence.
To formalize this path, I enrolled in early 2025 in the two-year Systemic Coaching program at the Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie und Beratung (GST) in Berlin, accredited by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie, Beratung und Familientherapie (DGSF). This comprehensive training combines theoretical learning with practical application, allowing me to work with clients even before completing the program.
